With decades of combined experience, we are here to help you achieve your fitness goals! We offer a variety of group fitness classes through the week. From Aqufit to Zumba, Seniors Strength to Spin Class, we've got the perfect option for you. 

Age use guidelines:

  • 8-11 years: access only granted with parent and child completion of the Registered Family Use Orientation Program. Adult supervision is always required for this age group.
  • 12+ years: full access

General guidelines:

  • Please follow equipment directions and trainer instructions carefully
  • Spill-proof only bottles. No food allowed.
  • Be courteous, share the use of equipment
  • Use headphones/earbuds for all personal audio listening
  • Put weights away after use, do not drop weights
  • Wipe down equipment to maintain a safe and clean facility
  • Lock all personal items in a locker

  • Please observe the daily track direction. Walking the wrong direction is prohibited
  • Stop and check both ways before crossing the track
  • Lanes are single file
  • Wear clean, non-marking, appropriate footwear. Please note: Use of spikes is prohibited.
  • Strollers with clean wheels are welcome
  • Walking poles are permitted provided that rubber boot or bell tips are utilized

A free one-hour introduction is available to all users. This orientation covers best practices and general equipment and facility use to maximize your safety and results, including a walk through of our cardio and circuit equipment.

We strongly recommend all new users and users aged 12-15 take our free orientation.

Members: FREE

Non-Members: Daily admission

Give your training the boost it needs and book a personal training session. Our one-on-one training with a focus on form, goals and needs specific to you.

Members: $55.25/session + GST

Non-Members: $66.75/session + GST

Member pricing applies to individuals with an active 31-Day Pass, Annual Membership or Monthly Continuous Membership. Non-member fees apply to individuals with a punch passes or those paying the daily drop-in fee.

Small group sessions offer similar benefits to personal training at half the cost. Trainers will oversee, challenge and progress up to four clients at a time.

Members: $27.50/person + GST

Non-Members: $32.75/person + GST
